Instructions for Accepting Applications for Scholarships and Bursaries for Donated Overseas Chinese Students in the Second Semester of the 111 Academic Year
1. Application qualifications:
(1) Overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong and Macao who are currently studying in colleges and universities in China (Universities and research institutes can only apply after the sophomore year, and the first-year university can apply for the completion of the fall class of the Overseas Chinese Department of the Normal University).
(2) Those who have not received the "2011 Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship for Excellent Academic and Academic Conduct" of the Association.
(3) The application for this scholarship and bursary is subject to the length of study stipulated by the school at each level. Overseas Chinese students who repeat, repeat, postpone their graduation, and the first year of the graduate school are not allowed to apply.

2. How to apply:
Students are requested to go to the "Scholarship Application System" of the Overseas Chinese Committee (URL: https://scholarship.ocac.gov.tw/) to fill in the application materials online before April 7, 2012, and export the printed application form and related Certificate sticker (please check, paste and sign according to the instructions), and attach the Chinese transcripts of the first and second semesters of the 110th academic year (if the applicant is a child of an overseas Chinese school teacher, the parent's current overseas Chinese school service certificate should be attached ; if you are a child of a poor family, and provide a proof of poverty).
3. Receiving time for hard copies: From now until 16:00 on April 7 (Friday).
4. Receiving location: Office of the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Affairs Group, 2nd Floor, Administration Building, Taipei Campus.
