  • In December 1993, the School of Communication of Ming Chuan University applied for the establishment of an "Academic Experimental Broadcasting Station". In January 1981, the frequency FM105.3 MHz was issued. It was officially broadcast on March 27, 1993. The license was renewed in 1997 in the Republic of China, and the broadcasting channel was changed to FM88.3 MHz, and it was broadcasted through the Internet. In 1999, it began to broadcast 24 hours a day, and broadcasted through the website of Mingchuan Voice. After cooperating with "Taiwan Good APP" in 2016, everyone can download the APP through their mobile phones and listen to Mingchuan Voice FM88.3 online.
